Participation fee for BENELUX participants is 250 EURO. Members of Muziekmozaïek 240 EURO.
International participants travel in their own expense to Belgium and pay a 125 EURO participation fee. Every year ETHNO FLANDERS offers a limited number of scholarships for the participation fee and also travel costs for participants from far away countries. Therefore it is important that you contact us as soon as possible!!!

The participation fee includes lodging, workshops, excursions, entrance to the festivals and meals from Monday 29 July until Monday 6 August.
We work and sleep in classrooms of a school in Oostende. If possible, bring sleeping bag and pillow.
