Participants come to FLANDERS ETHNO with some tunes, songs and dances that they will teach to the other participants. They make a choice that illustrates well their own traditional music.

Every day the group is divided into 3-4 parts. Every part participates in one of the 3-4 workshops given by different countries. After one hour, the groups move to the next workshop. In this way everybody learns the same tunes. In the end of the day there is an "all together" where all participants play together. Here we create an arrangement for the music.

All activities and workshops are coached by the artistic leaders. This are exprerienced folk musicians with a great skill in leading the young folks through this exceptional week. Some of them have been leaders in other ETHNO camps for many years.
